Software Licensing Models
Engineers and PCB designers, using analysis tools, often need to share a license across the corporate network. To accommodate this, iCD has enabled flexible license delivery of our products. Customers can now download and launch evaluation versions which can be converted to permanent licenses using license activation. This also allows us to enable different features without the customer re-installing the software. Reprise Licensing Manager (RLM) is integrated into the iCD Software
RLM is a flexible and easy-to-use license manager with the power to serve both small business as well as enterprise customers. The software can be licensed on-premises or in the cloud using numerous licensing models. iCD offers a pricing model that makes our software affordable to businesses of all sizes.
The following licensing models are available:
Nodelocked (standalone) License - Access to one user on one PC
USB Dongle Nodelocked License - Access to one user on one PC plus can be moved between PCs
Floating Network Server License - Access to all users on a corporate network within one location
Virtual Machine Server License - Access to all users on a corporate network within one location from a cloud platform
Continental Floating Network Server License - Access to all users on a VPN within multiple locations on one continent
Global Floating Network Server License - Access to all users on a VPN within multiple locations worldwide
